For a decade, I served as the managing editor for the New Madrid literary journal, which suspended publication in summer 2018 due to a loss of institutional funding.
I have worked in print journalism, radio and television, motion pictures, commercial and literary publishing, book and magazine publishing, theatrical production, and web publishing and design. I love storytelling. I love working with words.
And, I love learning. In 2019, I entered the Ph.D. program in American Studies at Penn State Harrisburg, with concentrations in folklore and public policy.
I live in my home state of Pennsylvania with my husband, a college professor.
